General terms and conditions

 

Cancellations

• Cancellations 72 hours before the time of booking will be free of charge. Cancellations within 72 hours of booking time will be charged at the full amount.
• Mama picnic reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unsuitable weather conditions. This will be done at least 24 hours in advance.

Late arrival

• In case the party arrives later than the agreed start time, the end time will still remain the same. 

Damaged Materials

• All materials used during the picnic are owned by Mama Picnic and must be returned in the same condition as they were provided. In case of any damages or abandoned materials, Mama Picnic reserves the right to charge additional costs following the booking

Liability

• Mama Picnic cannot be held responsible or liable for any personal injury during the duration of the booking
